Urgently required IT Solutions Consultant - Mumbai

Objective:

• To

  Digitalize internal systems

  to streamline operations, improve interdepartmental efficiency, and enable real-time reporting.
• To

  Enhance data security and analysis

  for better decision-making, progress tracking, and controlled access.

Role & responsibilities

1)

• Implement or optimize

  ERP solutions

  like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom CRMs.
• Align Sales, Inventory, Dispatch, and Finance across zones.
• Enable seamless GST, Excise, and duty management in compliance with state regulations.

2)

• Develop real-time dashboards for

  sales, inventory, distributor claims, and cost tracking

  .
• Set up

  forecasting models

  for demand, procurement, and production.
• Enable

  BI tools

  (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

3)

• Automate manual tasks (e.g., invoice reconciliation, purchase approval, production batch tracking).
• Introduce

  RPA

  (Robotic Process Automation) in repetitive tasks.

4)

• Improvise

  sales tracking apps

  and to generate customised reports for Managements analysis in real-time.
• Geo-tagging, real-time stock availability, beat plan, and CRM integration and related.

5)

• Set up secure access, data backups, compliance with GDPR/IT Act.
• Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.

6)

• Migration to

  cloud-based storage or systems

  (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Ensure 99.9% uptime across your digital assets.

7)

• Connect Winery + logistics +HR +Accounts + sales through shared systems.
• Enable traceability of products from winery to warehouse to market.

8)

• Role-Based Access:

  Limit system access based on job roles; track user activity.

• Secure Data Handling:

  Use encryption and secure file transfers (VPN/SFTP) for sensitive data.

9)

• Advanced Firewalls:

  Use next-gen firewalls with threat detection and application control.

• Network Controls:

  Segment networks and enforce VPN + 2FA for remote access.

10)

• Awareness Sessions:

  Conduct quarterly sessions on cybersecurity basics and best practices.

• Mock Drills:

  Run simulated attacks (e.g., phishing) to test and train staff response.

To provide regular and weekly reporting on work progress and outcomes to maintain transparency and accountability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven minimum 6 years of experience in demonstrating expertise in software management, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
