Job Description

To answer all customer calls and solve their problems in the best way possible.
Book orders that come through repeat sales
Call new customers that show interest in our products
Booking of orders on shiprocket or other such portals we use
Utilize database to bring in more orders.
To track delivery of parcels and in-case of any problems to get in touch with the courier company.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Any Graduate with excellent communication skill
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/customer care handling
Someone who is well versed in English, Hindi.
Must have an inclination towards selling and resolving customer issues.
Basic computer knowledge excel, word, Google.
Need to have basic discipline of coming on time and not take leaves frequently.
Confidence in speaking with people for all regions of the country.
Willingness to speak over the phone and messages
