Incident Management development and support
Case Management - working on cases assigned
Service Request management - creation of catalog item
Load data through import set and transform map - understanding of data source, import set table and transform map.
ServiceNow support activity - incident, cases and catalogue task
Story creation - related to defect raised by customer, need to create story with all the required details
Email Notification - development and troubleshot
Troubleshot script by using log.
