Job Title: Senior Power BI Lead / BI Manager

Job Summary:

Senior Power BI Lead / BI Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BI development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance BI solutions.
  
• Design, develop, and optimize

  Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  
• Implement best practices in

  data modeling, performance tuning, forecasting, and predictive analytics

  .
• Oversee

  ETL workflows, data integration, and data warehousing

  processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security across BI platforms.
  
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to align BI strategies with business goals.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree

  in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience

  in Business Intelligence (BI) development, with

  at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role

  .

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

  .

• PL-300 certification is mandatory

  .
• Strong experience with

  forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling

  .
• Solid understanding of

  data warehousing, ETL processes

  , and cloud BI platforms (

  Microsoft Fabric preferred

  ).
• Excellent

  communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership

  skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with

  Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Databricks

  .
• Knowledge of

  Python or R

  for advanced analytics and automation.
• Additional certification in

  Power BI or Microsoft Data Platform

  .
