Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Process Analyst at Waters Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes across various departments within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive process improvements, enhance operational performance, and deliver measurable business value by leveraging your expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and process changes implementation. You will work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Support the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes and workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement - Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals - Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or technology integration - Create and present detailed reports, process maps, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance process improvement capabilities across the organization - Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained results - Evaluate new tools, technologies, and software solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or related roles - Strong expertise in process modeling, mapping, mining, and analysis techniques - Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred) - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with technical and business stakeholders effectively - Experience with business process management and process mining software (e.g., Symbio, Celonis, or similar tools) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) and/or Business Process Management (BPM) - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application to process improvement Note: The company description was not included in the provided job description.,
