Partner with regional and store leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity) and recommend improvements

Facilitate change management initiatives during store openings, restructures, or culture shifts
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
