Role: UI/UX Designer Location: Lucknow Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities ● Develop user-centric designs based on research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI elements. ● Create information architecture for seamless navigation and intuitive user flows. ● Design UI elements, components, and interfaces using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. ● Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design decisions. ● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams for effective implementation. ● Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI patterns, and industry best practices. Must Have Skill ● Strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD. ● Experience in designing web and mobile applications with modern UI principles. ● Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. ● Knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) best practices. ● Understanding of color theory, typography, and responsive design. ● Experience with design systems and style guides. ● Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus Skill ● Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie Animations). ● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles. ● Experience working with Agile and Scrum teams.
