Urgent Requirement- Production data Entry for Jewellery Manufacturing unit

Job Summary:

The Production Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining all production-related data in the company’s ERP or MIS system. This role ensures smooth flow of production information, proper tracking of materials, and timely reporting to support efficient jewellery manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update daily production data (e.g., job orders, material usage, issue & receipt of gold, diamonds, gemstones, findings, etc.) in the ERP/MIS system.
• Maintain accurate records of job cards, lot numbers, and process details from different departments such as casting, setting, polishing, plating, and finishing.
• Track and reconcile material movements between production departments and stores.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, QC, and store teams to ensure timely data entry and report discrepancies.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production and material consumption reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of production-related paperwork.
• Verify job status, worker output, and productivity details as per production schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all production data.
• Support management with data analysis and audit requirements when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
