Skills Required

Exp. in preparation of highway project estimates & should have Min. 3 years exp. in Preparation of Bill of Quantities/estimates for major highway projects costing Rs.100 Crore or above.

• Responsible for processing of the SPS/IPCs and MPR every month.
• Keep up-to-date record of progress, report all measures required for controlling the project

cost and time over-runs.

• Examine the claims of the contractor, Change of Scope, preparation of progress reports and status reports etc. Also assist the Team Leader, Resident Engineer and the Consultant's team in reviewing of the contractor's work methodology and work programme, TCS and Plan & Profile, Design & Drawing,check examination and approval of temporary/permanent works before subsequent activities.
• Monitor Contractor's work progress, maintenance of records, coordinate and participate in the site meetings with the contractor and the Employer, preparation of records as per contract.
• Check Contractor's monthly statement and input in issuance of Interim Payment Certificates.
• Maintain all Correspondence and documents of the project including Price escalation.
• Manage end-to-end quantity surveying tasks including rate analysis and billing.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and billing issues
• Preparation of Major Material Reconciliation and Compiled weekly and monthly progress reports,balance BOQ reports, and material monitoring reports for efficient project tracking.
• Prepare of Weekly Progress , Monthly progress and Balance BOQ Reports.
• Create and maintain project documentation including Requests for Inspection (RFIs), Daily

Progress Reports (DPRs), layer charts, and strip charts.

• Estimation and Billing as per provision of Contract Agreement.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & client bills with latest schedule of rates.
• Handle NHAI Data lake for submission of RFI , MPR ,Drawing ,Letter correspondence ,Drone video, source of Approval Letter and Lab Test Report.
