Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding:
Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, as well as managing the onboarding process for new employees.
Compensation and benefits:
Administering payroll, managing employee benefits such as health insurance, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Employee relations and engagement:
Addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Performance management:
Assisting with performance appraisals, employee development, and training programs.

Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, updating HR policies, and maintaining confidential employee data.
