Openings :60

Roles & Responsibilities

Handling call / queries /requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / outbound calls effectively.
Complaint management & Solving customer grievances.
Applying process / product knowledge in replying to customers.
Looking for sales / Collection / Service background profiles.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification: 12th / Any Degree.

Salary: Best in industry+ Bonus+Hikes as per process.

Shift Timings: Dayshift (Any 9:00hours)

6 days schedule with rotational Day shift and rotational week offs.

Work from Office

Interested candidates can directly walk in to the given address.
