Airport Ground Operations Staff

. This on-site opportunity offers you the chance to be at the heart of airport ground management, ensuring safety, efficiency, and impeccable customer service in a fast-paced environment.Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end ground operations including passenger check-in, boarding, and deboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with various airport teams to ensure timely baggage handling, maintenance of ground support equipment, and adherence to security protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by assisting passengers with inquiries and troubleshooting any operational disruptions.
  • Uphold strict safety standards and ensure compliance with airport guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with airline and airport operation teams to streamline processes and resolve issues quickly.
  • Assist in routine audits and documentation to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Proven experience in airport ground operations or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of airport operational protocols and safety procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a hands-on approach.

Preferred

  • Experience working with international airlines or airport authorities.
  • Certification or formal training in aviation ground handling practices.
