Urgent opening for the profile of Admin Executive at Andheri Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping, cleanliness, and overall upkeep / beautification of premises.
Health, safety & security of people, premises, equipment, and vehicles.
Repairs & maintenance of premises, equipment and vehicles including civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
Statutory compliances, new licenses and permits or their renewals, liaison with govt offices like BMC, police, FDA, fire brigade, etc.
Ensure supply of essential utilities like water, electricity, cooking gas, telephone, internet, etc.
Manage attendance, Leave & payroll processing.
Any other admin work that may come up from time to time at Registered office or place of work.
Vouching and basic accounting entries in Tally (prior experience not necessary, training will be given).
