Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Vendor Management and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic vendor relationships, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role demands a blend of strategic oversight and operational execution to deliver high-quality talent within cost, compliance, and performance parameters. Key Responsibilities Vendor Management Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor management strategy for talent acquisition and related services. Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party recruitment agencies, staffing partners, RPOs, and other vendors. Monitor vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, and periodic business reviews. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to maximize ROI and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Manage vendor lifecycle including onboarding, audits, and offboarding when required. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams for contract development and risk assessment. Ensure vendors are aligned with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) goals and data privacy regulations. Talent Acquisition Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts for niche, lateral, and leadership roles across business units. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and talent needs. Utilize data and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, improve time-to-fill, and reduce cost-per-hire. Leverage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent through various channels. Stay up to date with market trends, talent intelligence, and best practices in hiring. Implement tools and technology for efficient candidate tracking, assessment, and communication. Guide and mentor junior recruiters or external recruitment teams to maintain a consistent and high-quality hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and vendor management, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment. Proven experience managing external vendors and driving recruitment strategies at scale. Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with ATS, VMS, and HRIS platforms. Knowledge of vendor compliance, and contractual obligations.
