Job Description

Sr. HR Operations / HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure adherence to statutory HR compliances and internal policies.
Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and support internal/external audits.

Employee Benefits & Welfare

Manage insurance, leave programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
Address benefit-related queries and liaise with vendors for resolutions.
Suggest improvements to enhance employee experience.

Employee Engagement & Events

Plan and execute festivals, celebrations, workshops, and cultural events.
Build engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Manage vendors, budgets, and event communications.

Talent Acquisition

Support end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding.

Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience
in HR operations or generalist roles.
Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and benefits.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
