Job Title: Sales Lead - Enterprise Sales

Job Location: Thrissur

Areas of Responsibility: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for our Enterprise Sales department to leads a team of Key Account Managers/ Enterprise Sales Officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team handling in Enterprise/Telecom sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance. The

Qualifications:

Any graduates, preferably MBAs
Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar profile
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of KAMs/ESOs
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team

success.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
