Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for

  Non-IT positions

  across multiple departments.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates using

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  , job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain a

  talent pipeline

  for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment processes.
• Promote a positive

  candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree or MBA

• 2-5 years of proven experience

  in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on

  non-IT roles

  especially
• Hands-on experience with

  LinkedIn

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of diverse non-IT functions and Leadership hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
• Maintaining strong Data Base using Advanced excel.
