Identifying the corporates and generating inquiries. Ensure that the Sales targets are achieved Achieve individual KRA. To ensure/motivate the sales team to do so too. Adherence to accounting systems Supervising the operations of the file. Ensure nil outstanding Maintain liaison with airlines/consulates/tourism bodies Monitor competitor activities To provide regular training to staff on soft skills.
