We are looking for a proactive and experienced operations professional with 56 years of relevant experience in the travel and destination management industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in travel operations, customer service, and vendor coordination, and capable of ensuring operational excellence across international tour programs.
Schedule and assign Tour Managers for various travel programs
Maintain and monitor tour costs in alignment with the Standard Operating Model (SOM)
Ensure smooth customer service and manage space allocation during tours
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal operations teams
Cross-verify invoices and manage claim-related breakages
Address customer complaints during travel and ensure timely resolution
Monitor and optimize Gross Operating Profit (GOP) for tours
Improve staff productivity and operational efficiency
Coordinate with suppliers and Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
Manage pre-departure formalities by coordinating with corporate clients and travelers
