Position:

Key Responsibilities

Drive
AUM growth
,
Net Sales
, and
Market Share
for AMC at the assigned branch level.
Manage channel relationships across
IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors)
,
National Distributors (NDs)
, and
Banks
.
Lead, manage, and develop the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
Ensure high standards of
Customer Service
and
Regulatory Compliance
.
Monitor and support client servicing activities related to
payments, redemptions
, and
query resolution
.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in
channel sales and distribution management
in the mutual fund or BFSI industry.
Ability to build and manage strong relationships with
high-end distributors and investors
.
Deep knowledge of the
mutual fund industry
, including
products, equity, debt, and ETFs
.
Strong
strategic thinking
with the ability to execute plans effectively in a competitive environment.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
.
High energy levels with a proactive, target-driven approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in handling a
large number of IFAs and National Distributors
.
A pleasing personality and a confident communicator.
Strong business acumen with an eye for growth opportunities in the region.
