We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities:

1. Managing Legal Records:
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal records.
• Assist in implementing efficient systems for record management.

2. Assisting in Drafting:

• Support legal professionals in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of drafting tasks.

3.Conducting Legal Research:

• Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics as assigned.
• Summarize and present findings to legal team members.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

4. Preparing Legal Documentation:

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Work closely with legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and quality of prepared documentation.
• Learn and apply proper formatting and legal writing conventions.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a recognized law program or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
