Gen AI Practitioner / Evangelist

Job Details:

• Experience: 5+ Years
• Qualification: B.E./B/Tech/M.Tech
• Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
• CTC Bracket: Max upto 21 LPA
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience applying

  Generative AI tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Vector DBs, LLMs)

  in real-world products.
• Strong

  communication and stakeholder management

  skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to CXOs and non-technical leaders.
• Proven experience in

  AI product delivery

  (chatbots, copilots, customer service automation, or similar Gen AI apps).

Responsibilities:

• Act as a

  Gen AI evangelist

  , demonstrating how AI solutions can improve business outcomes.
• Build

  POCs, demos, and prototypes

  to showcase the value of Gen AI adoption.
• Work with cross-functional teams to

  integrate Gen AI features into products

  .
• Partner with senior management and product leaders to

  influence AI adoption and ROI-driven decisions

  .

Required Skills:

• Hands on with LLMs (In previous projects) and worked on product development using LLMs
• Experience with Chat, IVR, Customer service will be plus
• Need experience with FastAPI/Django/Flask etc.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Database & Graph DB (Pinecone, Milvus,Neo4j) and ability to create effective embedding, chunking, indexing for RAG
• Good understanding and experience using Transformer/Neural Network model
• Hands-on experience using Open AI APIs, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral etc.,)
• Solid understanding on framework like Langchain, LangGraph, Haystack and ability to use Agentic Workflows using those frameworks (hands onexp/research exp will be required)
• Hands-on experience in creating Embedding using MPNET, Ada models
• Ability to use advanced techniques like HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking for effective semantic search
• Experience with SQL generation using LLM, experience with semantic layers such as dbt/MetricFlow/Cube
