we are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Technical Recruiter with deep experience in Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure hiring. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to support our organizations growing demand for cybersecurity professionals and infrastructure experts. Youll work closely with hiring managers, cybersecurity leaders, and IT teams to understand technical requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment for roles in cybersecurity (SOC analysts, penetration testers, GRC, IAM, etc.) and infrastructure (cloud engineers, DevOps, network/security engineers, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and key success factors. Build talent pipelines through active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and industry events. Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and culture alignment. Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication through all hiring stages. Maintain accurate records using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations. Represent the company at tech meetups, career fairs, and cybersecurity conferences to strengthen employer branding and talent outreach. Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, diversity metrics, etc.)
