Role- Associate/Senior Associate TA Exp- 1+ Years Working days- 5days Notice period- Immediate/ 15 days Selection process- 1 Round of interview (f2f interview) Interview will be on 8th Jan, Location- Sector 6 , Noida ( Near Sector 15 Metro Station ) Time :- 11 AM 6 PM. JD- Sourcing the CVs from Various Portals Such as LinkedIn and existing database and portals • Screening the profiles and conducting initial evaluation. • Explaining the requirements to the preferred candidates and scheduling interview • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests. • Manage and maintain a recruiting database • Manage Recruitment & Selection process. • Coordinating with consulting firms for getting the resumes sourced • Coordinating with the Line Managers regarding the Interviews • Salary Negotiation
