Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for leading teams and closing deals?

Join us as a Team Lead – Outbound Sales and take charge of driving lead generation and conversion in the dynamic world of real estate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of outbound sales agents.
• Set and track team and individual targets for calls, leads, and bookings.
• Actively engage in outbound calling and client conversions.
• Ensure CRM accuracy, consistent follow-ups, and smooth handovers to field sales.
• Collaborate closely with marketing for lead flow and feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to boost productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• 5+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a team lead/supervisory role – real estate experience preferred.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding outbound sales and conversion targets.
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (Noida/Yamuna Expressway region).
