Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of floor staff to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor workflow and productivity, providing support and guidance as needed.
Address any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with management to implement best practices and optimize processes.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
Train and mentor new employees, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in a coordination or supervisory role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
