Role Operations Process Trainer

Role Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Operations Process Manager to drive process excellence across our business operations. The role involves designing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), optimizing workflows, and ensuring consistent quality standards across teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in process governance, training, and performance improvement, along with experience in managing multi-site operations and large teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead process design and improvement initiatives across lending operations, underwriting, and customer support functions.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs, workflows, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Training, Quality, Compliance, and HR) to ensure smooth process adoption and governance.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics; drive corrective actions where required.

• Conduct process audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

• Lead training and change management initiatives to drive process knowledge across teams.

• Identify automation opportunities and work with product/technology teams to streamline workflows.

• Support new business transitions and onboarding, ensuring readiness of processes and training modules.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and accountability within the operations team.

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Operations/HR/Management preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in operations process management, training, and quality improvement within BFSI, BPO, or fintech domains.

• Strong knowledge of process documentation, SOP drafting, performance governance, and COPC/ISO standards.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale operations.

• Hands-on experience with TNA/TNI, ADDIE model, and training effectiveness frameworks.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboard creation, MIS, and process reporting.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
