Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) Sales (B2B & B2C) Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join as Customer Service Executive or Sales executive . The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle international customer interactions via voice calls. Resolve queries, complaints, and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Promote company products and services with the objective of upselling or cross-selling when appropriate. Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics (e.g., conversions, call quality, CSAT, AHT). Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline). Experience: 03 years in International BPO/Customer Support/Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome). Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral or international accent preferred). Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts (24x7 support). Customer Focus: Strong problem-solving attitude, patience, and empathy.
