Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for gold loan products through open market research and networking.
Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in banking sales, field sales, jewelry loans, loan sales, or related fields.
Strong understanding of gold loan products and services offered by banks/NBFCs.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
