Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, pursue, and convert leads for luxury residential interior projects.
  • Build a strong funnel of high-ticket interior projects (villas, farmhouses, penthouses, premium apartments).
  • Pitch solutions to architects, interior designers, and luxury builders.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and site visits with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs, design sensibilities, and project requirements.

3. Market Research & Strategic Growth

  • Keep track of new luxury residential developments in Delhi-NCR.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the high-end interior business.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand presence and revenue.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with design, estimation, and execution teams for accurate proposals and seamless project onboarding.
  • Ensure all documentation—scope of work, BOQ, agreements—is finalized and communicated.

5. Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain sales data, MIS reports, client follow-ups, and forecasts.
  • Present performance insights to management regularly.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum

    8 years of proven experience

    in

    luxury residential interior sales

    .
  • Strong network with

    architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury clientele

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle large-ticket projects and high-value negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of interior materials, luxury finishes, furniture, and design processes.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent business development.
