SALES JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Vibrant Screen Pvt Ltd, you will help grow our business by finding new clients and building strong relationships. Your role will involve creating strategies to expand our client base and leading sales efforts to achieve our targets.
Key Responsibilities:
generate and qualify leads through various channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable background verification (BGV) solutions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Client Servicing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, with preference for prior BGV industry knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet targets.

Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
