We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of branding strategies and expertise in Organic / Paid social media handling. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to effectively engage our target audience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for developing HomeBazaar.com brand on social media platforms organically, align all resources, build publishing calendars and track the growth of efforts in quantitative terms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and consumer insights.
• Create and manage Organic / Paid social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and Organic / Paid social media to continuously improve strategies.
• Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure seamless integration of brand messaging.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to effectively communicate brand objectives and initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a focus on Organic / Paid social media.
• In-depth knowledge of branding strategies, market research, and consumer behavior.
• Strong understanding of Organic / Paid social media platforms and advertising tools.
• Proficient in data analysis and able to derive insights from campaign metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
