URGENT - Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales across FIT, GIT, and MICEsegments.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, andB2B partners.
• Represent Dreamland Escapes as a brand ambassador at corporate meetings, tradefairs, and industry events.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions that support leadgeneration.
• Submit sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
• Train/guide field sales executives and ensure alignment with sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience in the travel and tourism sector.
• Strong professional network across corporates, travel agencies, and institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation techniques.
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Bengali preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
