URGENT -International Tour Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Tour Manager to take charge of our

group departures from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for the

group, responsible for ensuring that the trip runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

From pre-departure briefings to managing the group during the trip, your role will

be to make sure our guests have a memorable experience.

Job Description

• Lead the group from departure to return, taking care of check-ins, boarding,

and customs procedures.

• Coordinate with local guides, transport providers, and hotels to keep

everything on schedule.

• Manage sightseeing schedules, meal arrangements, and group timings.

• Handle any issues or emergencies calmly and professionally.

• Create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all travellers.

• Gather feedback from guests.

• Prepare a short report about the trip, including any suggestions for

improvement.

• Maintain contact with satisfied travellers to encourage repeat bookings.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing international group tours.

• Comfortable handling groups of 15–30 travellers.

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Bengali a plus).

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep to schedules.

• Problem-solving ability, especially in unexpected situations.

• Familiarity with travel regulations, airport procedures, and destination

requirements.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

• Valid passport with no travel restrictions.

Extra Skills That Would Be Great

• Experience with senior citizen or special interest tours.

• Basic first aid knowledge.

• Understanding of travel and medical insurance processes.
