Upwork Bidder Full Time

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Upwork Bidder at 3DFuzion, responsible for identifying and bidding on suitable projects on Upwork, developing proposals, and communicating with potential clients. Your role will involve researching and finding new opportunities, tracking bids, and maintaining records of project pipelines. This is a hybrid role based in the Mohali district, with the flexibility for some work from home. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and bid on high-value, relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms. - Write tailored, high-converting proposals that highlight client needs and our value proposition. - Communicate effectively with clients via chat, messages, and video calls. - Understand client requirements thoroughly and suggest best-fit IT solutions (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, ERP, CRM, etc.). - Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates and timelines. - Maintain and share regular reports on bids placed, responses received, and projects closed. - Work proactively to meet monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualification Required: - Experience in identifying and bidding on projects on Upwork. - Strong proposal writing and communication skills. - Research skills and ability to identify new opportunities. - Familiarity with digital marketing and web development services. - Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Experience in the Digital Marketing and Web Development industry is a plus.,
