Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Upwork Bidder at 3DFuzion. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on suitable projects on Upwork, developing proposals, and communicating with potential clients. The role involves researching and finding new opportunities, tracking bids, and maintaining records of project pipelines. This is a hybrid role based in the Mohali district, with the flexibility for some work from home.


Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and bidding on projects on Upwork
  • Strong proposal writing and communication skills
  • Research skills and ability to identify new opportunities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and web development services
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the Digital Marketing and Web Development industry is a plus

Senior Upwork Bidder

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on high-value, relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Write 

    tailored, high-converting proposals

     that highlight client needs and our value proposition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via chat, messages, and video calls.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and suggest 

    best-fit IT solutions

     (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare 

    accurate project estimates and timelines

    .
  • Maintain and share regular reports on bids placed, responses received, and projects closed.
  • Work proactively to meet 

    monthly/quarterly targets

     and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience

     as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.
  • Strong 

    English communication skills

     (both written & spoken).
  • Demonstrated success in writing winning proposals and closing deals.
  • Sound knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Flexible with working hours to align with different client time zones.
