Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Kolkata. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying potential projects, writing compelling proposals, communicating with clients, and managing project bids on Upwork. The bidder will also be responsible for following up with clients, negotiating terms, and ensuring a high success rate in securing projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in writing compelling proposals and client communication
• Strong understanding of project management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify potential projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing and securing projects on platforms like Upwork
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
