Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Kolkata. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and bidding on relevant projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, maintaining client communication, following up on proposals, and collaborating with the design team to ensure alignment with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in writing compelling proposals and bids
• Experience in market research and identifying new opportunities
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a design team
• Knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the graphic design industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
