About the Role:

We are actively seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Online Bidder to join our dynamic Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour, and submitting quality proposals to secure projects for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and bid on suitable projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others
• Write customized, compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements
• Maintain active communication with prospective clients to understand project needs
• Coordinate with the internal technical and design teams for accurate scope estimation
• Maintain daily activity reports, track bidding performance, and follow up with clients
• Build long-term professional relationships with international clients
• Meet weekly and monthly business acquisition targets
• Assist in client onboarding and handover to the project delivery team

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct proposals
• Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., AI , website design, development, mobile apps, digital marketing)
• Familiarity with bidding portals (especially Upwork)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, IT, or Marketing preferred)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with good English skills are encouraged to apply)
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
