Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role as a University Associate, based in New Delhi and PAN India, with opportunities to work remotely as needed. The University Associate will engage in academic collaborations, inviting to Universities and Higher Education Institutions to plan workshop on Integrations of technology, manage university partnerships including meeting coordination with key stockholders, and assist in the development of educational programs. Responsibilities also include supporting research activities, coordinating workshops and seminars, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders within the educational ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills to effectively build and manage university and academic partnerships
• Proficiency in research, program development, and academic writing
• Experience in organizing workshops, seminars, and related events
• Familiarity with using IT tools to enhance academic and operational efficiency
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Passion for education and creating meaningful social and academic impacts
• Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field; prior experience in the education industry or nonprofit sector is a plus
