Job Title: Unity Payments Test Engineer
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (On-site)
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Unity Payments Test Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing within the core banking or payments domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Unity-based payment solutions and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases for Unity Payments and Core Banking applications.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Work closely with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and test scenarios.
  • Create and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, etc.
  • Conduct defect logging, tracking, and reporting through tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Validate payment gateway integrations, transaction flow, and settlement processes.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 3–7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the payments or banking domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Unity Payments testing.
  • Experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, REST Assured, etc.)
  • Good understanding of APIs, SQL queries, and database validations.
  • Knowledge of test management and bug-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in performance or security testing.
  • ISTQB or any relevant certification.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
