Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting advisors and Distributor managing the sales team, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Additional tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential customer segments, developing relationships with key clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Sales skills, including proficiency in achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and developing sales strategies
• Experience in recruiting, training, and performance management
• Strong market research and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales or sales management, preferably in the insurance industry
