Key Responsibilities

Recruit and build a strong network of insurance agents.Conduct regular sales training and motivation sessions for agents on health insurance products.Drive sales to achieve business targets and revenue goals.Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.Oversee agent licensing, activation, and performance tracking.Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agency sales or insurance sales (Health Insurance preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Willingness to travel for fieldwork.Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
