Role Overview: - Drive high levels of efficiency in the attention-seeking areas assigned to you, focusing on aspects such as cost, process improvement, and number of transactions. - Build a strong logical thought process to effectively represent gaps and identify solutions in a timely manner. - Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. - Analyze process flows and convert insights into case studies, storyboards, and process flows. - Facilitate continuous improvement and innovation within the organization by applying planning and analytical skills. - Interact with senior leadership, business partners, and customers on a local and global scale. Qualification Required: - Leadership skills including relationship management, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing abilities. - Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and project management capabilities. - Experience in driving function level Quality Councils and providing training on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
