Unit Manager - Business Process Improvement

You will be responsible for driving high levels of efficiency in the attention-seeking areas assigned to you, focusing on aspects such as cost, process improvement, and number of transactions. Your role will involve building a strong logical thought process to effectively represent gaps and identify solutions in a timely manner. Utilizing your analytical skills, you will conduct root cause analysis to address gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. In addition to analyzing process flows and conducting fact findings, you will be expected to convert your insights into case studies, storyboards, and process flows. Leadership skills are crucial for this role, including relationship management, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing abilities. You will play a key role in facilitating continuous improvement and innovation within the organization by applying planning and analytical skills. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and project management capabilities are essential for interacting with senior leadership, business partners, and customers on a local and global scale. Your responsibilities will also include driving function level Quality Councils and providing training on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
