As a Unit Lead at Crimson Interactive, your role will involve supporting the growth and development plans of the company by playing a strategic role. Your responsibilities will include: - Ideating and creating innovative online marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Conducting market research to effectively identify areas for growth and loopholes that require corrective measures. - Performing regular competitor analysis. - Interacting and brainstorming with various departments to identify, create, and offer new products and services for organizational growth. - Coordinating with the design team for the implementation of websites, marketing material, and other requirements. - Building persona and ensuring an excellent customer journey. - Monitoring web analytics dashboard, reports, and pointing out key areas for improvement/expansion. - Optimizing PPC campaigns and measuring ROI. - Managing client needs effectively, creating strategies and plans for building client relationships. - Tracking web traffic, analyzing visitor trends, and building effective strategies to enhance sales. - Creating and implementing email campaigns that convert.
