As a Unit Lead at Crimson Interactive, you will play a strategic role in supporting the growth and development plans of the company. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, cost and sales comparison, maintaining International accounting of group companies, and managing transactions between inter group companies. You will be tasked with ideating and creating innovative online marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conducting market research to identify growth areas and loopholes, and taking corrective measures accordingly will be essential. Regular competitor analysis, interaction and brainstorming with various departments, and coordinating with the design team for implementation of websites and marketing materials are also key responsibilities. Monitoring web analytics dashboard, reports, and optimizing PPC while measuring ROI will be part of your role. You will need to effectively manage client needs, create strategies for building relationships, and track web traffic to enhance sales. Implementing email campaigns that convert will also be crucial. Pre-requisites and key characteristics for this role include curiosity to learn, ambition to progress, creativity to innovate, and the willingness to go the extra mile for unprecedented success. Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website analysis tools is required. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, ability to learn new technical tools, and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS are preferred.
