Report Underwriter – Property Valuation

Job Purpose:

The Report Underwriter is responsible for reviewing and underwriting property valuation reports to ensure they meet professional standards, internal quality benchmarks, and client expectations. This role ensures the delivery of accurate, consistent, and compliant valuation reports across residential, commercial, and industrial asset classes.
Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Valuation, Real Estate, or a related field.

Key Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking
• High-level written communication and report-writing skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with lender valuation panels, mortgage-related valuations, or large portfolio reviews.
• Exposure to both residential and commercial valuation reports.
