Shift timing: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

• Implement and configure

  Kronos WFR

  for clients
• Translate business requirements into smart system solutions
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring top-notch client support
• Lead integrations, upgrades, and time & attendance initiatives
• Partner with clients to deliver

  best-practice consulting

• Stay ahead of the curve on new releases and share insights with teams

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience with

  payroll or HR system implementations

• Hands-on experience with

  Kronos WFR/SaaS HR/TLM

• Strong skills in

  data migration, report writing, and training

• Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
