Key Responsibilities

Lead or support the implementation of UKG Kronos solutions (Workforce Central, Dimensions, Ready).
Configure modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, and Leave Management.
Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and IT.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Kronos (WFC, Dimensions, or Ready).
Strong knowledge of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
